To participate; applicants must meet certain criteria which can be found by writing to us on MEA Talent Development/India/Contr/IBM. The program runs in 3 phases over 8 months. To earn this badge the participant must complete all activities outlined in each phase while shining in his/her day-to-day on the job responsibilities
