The Agile Coach is able to organize and coach teams in Agile values; principles; and practice. They are a recognized innovation thought leader in the IBM Agile community; who has demonstrated exceptional expertise and knowledge across agile frameworks.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Must hold an Agile Achiever Badge or higher
- Successfully passed the Agile Academy Exam with a sce of 80% higher
- Achieved 3000 Hours of Agile project experience in the last 5 years
- Achieved 500 hours of wkshop planning and delivery and menting teams
- Complete one of the following two criteria below:
- Complete both in person courses Agile Team Facilitat and Agile Team Coaching
- Hold an external Agile/Scrum Coach certification from a "recognized" provider such as Agile Coaching Institute ICAgile the Scrum Alliance
- The Additional Infmation link below is accessible by IBM employees only
